Join us for an evening of history, architecture, and engaging conversation as we welcome Mr. Nathan Raab, President of the Raab Collection, for an author talk and book signing of his book, The Hunt for History.
The evening begins at 5:30 PM with a wine and cheese reception in the Welcome Center, followed by Mr. Raab’s 6:00 PM talk on historical discoveries related to Benjamin Harrison and his family, authentication processes, and the ins/outs of presidential autograph collecting. He will also discuss the bound Harrison Inauguration speech on loan from the Raab Collection in our Treasures of the Harrison Collection exhibition.
Following the presentation, guests can have their books signed in the museum gift shop, where copies of The Hunt for History will be available for purchase. To ensure you get a copy, pre-order your book when purchasing your ticket!
